The next social dance night in Dunfermline, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday 5th November 2016, has unfortunately been cancelled. This event was going to clash with the fireworks display in the Glen just along the road and some will know of the problems experienced previously in trying to approach the venue through the hoards of people attending the fireworks and the difficulties of parking in the area generally and at the centre in particular due to unauthorised use of the parking places by those attending the fireworks. It was felt that in this situation it was better to cancel than subject those attending to these problems.
Accordingly the next social dance night will be on 10 December 2016 at the Dell Farquharson Community Centre.
